OCC's Handgun Safety Course is taught by NYS DCJS-certified firearms instructors and fulfills requirements for obtaining a “Possess on Premise” pistol permit in Onondaga, Cayuga, Madison, Oswego, and Seneca counties which restricts handgun possession strictly to the homeowner’s dwelling or merchant’s place of business.
